Simple, nutritious snacks that are easy to eat are a great way to add nutritious foods to their diet. This 3-page fact sheet provides several easy snack ideas. Written by Paula G. Harris-Swiatko and Wendy J. Dahl and published by the UF Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, March 2013.
