Abstract
Weight loss can be challenging. Starting a restrictive diet can be emotionally draining and difficult to adhere to. Is there a more effective way to lose weight? Does the timing and frequency of meals help to lose weight? This new 4-page publication of the UF/IFAS Food Science and Human Nutrition Department describes the benefits and risks of intermittent fasting for weight loss.
