Development of Cross-Disciplinary Projects in a Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Curriculum
Resumen
The development of cross-disciplinary exercises for use in 3rd/junior-year design courses is reviewed in this paper. Projects for joint chemistry/chemical engineering and chemical/mechanical engineering assignments are presented, along with an assessment of their effectiveness as tools for the teaching of basics of chemical engineering design.
