Abstract

The goal of this article is to provide critical information to chemical engineers seeking a tenure-track faculty position within academia. We outline the application and submission process from start to finish, including a discussion on critical evaluation metrics sought by search committees. In addition, we highlight frequent mistakes made by applicants and provide suggestions on how to strengthen application packages.
