Abstract

When it comes to teaching, there is a moment when we need to put on our coach’s hat to engage the classroom.  Building up your students requires more than simply teaching them the basics of your course.  You need to motivate them much like a coach would motivate their team.  This can not only enhance the learning environment, but it can also build relationships that last far beyond the college years.
