Notes on the genus <i>Cyllogenes</i> Butler, 1868 (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae: Satyrinae) from India

Based on available information, the two species of the genus Cyllogenes hitherto recognized, with three subspecies, have been recorded from mainland India. In this paper, a taxonomic study of the genus Cyllogenes was conducted, with descriptions of genitalia structures from Indian material. Using scanning electron microscopy, the morphology of the androconial scales was studied and described in detail for Cyllogenes suradeva.
