All papers must be submitted by the last day of the annual meeting of the FSHS.  Only under special conditions and request to the Editor can papers be sent to the Editor within a month after the paper is presented. If later, the paper will be returned to you and not be printed in this year’s Proceedings. This must be done to discourage very late publication of Proceedings.
