Abstract
Recent Latin American literature concerning Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith) is reviewed. The pest's distribution, economic importance, seasonal abundance, host plants, life cycle and biology, as well as natural, cultural, genetic and chemical controls are discussed.Downloads
