About the Journal
Launched in October 2024, Manchineel + Seagrape is dedicated to publishing open access editions of Caribbean plays. Just as the manchineel and seagrape trees help to protect the coasts of the Caribbean and Florida, this project aims to safeguard Caribbean dramatic texts and make them available for scholars and students of the region.
Manchineel + Seagrape publishes twice a year (April and October) and is supported by the Digital Library of the Caribbean (dLOC) and LibraryPress@UF.
