About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The Florida Atlantic University Undergraduate Law Journal (ULJ) publication is available online due to the collaboration of ULJ student-run organization and The Digital Library of Florida Atlantic University. The ULJ is a peer and faculty reviewed journal dedicated to promoting the enquiry and discussion of legal subjects of any variety of legal disciplines. The articles contained in the ULJ cover an array of diversified legal topics, but the overall commonality of the articles is the detailed evaluation of law. The most exceptional works of legal analysis are featured as articles in the ULJ, and any FAU undergraduate can submit their work regardless of major or year.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
