Abstract

The objective of this study was to test Pratylenchus brachyurusinoculum levels and evaluation time in three soybean cultivars under greenhouse conditions. The experiments were conducted with cultivars MG/BR 46-Conquista, FMT Tabarana and TMG 115 RR in a completely randomized design with a 5x4 factorial scheme (five population levels x four evaluation times). Population levels included 0, 300, 600, 900, and 1,200 P. brachyurus specimens per pot, and plants were evaluated at 60, 75, 90, and 105 d after inoculation. Nematode reproduction factor was calculated after each time period. The data showed that 75 to 90 d after inoculation and 625 to 961 P. brachyurusper plant are good parameters to use in evaluating soybean genotype responses under greenhouse conditions.
