Studies on embryonic and postembryonic development of Aphelenchoides besseyi
Abstract
Aphelenchoides besseyi reached the growing point of rice seedlings between one to five days, depending on the time of inoculation. Post embryonic development was marked by multiplication of nuclei, both between and during the moults. Males developed faster and were recorded two days earlier than females. The life cycle from egg to egg was completed in 11 days.Accessibility Summary:
