DESCRIPTION OF AN ARGENTINIAN STRAIN OF STEINERNEMA FELTIAE (FILIPJEV, 1934) (NEMATODA: STEINERNEMATIDAE)

Abstract

Steinernema feltiae (Filipjev, 1934) is recorded for the first time in Argentina. The present strain called "Isabel", was isolated from the white grub Diloboderus abdems (Sturm) (Coleoptera: Scarabeidae) at Esperanza, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Details of measurements and morpho-anatomy are provided.
