Abstract

[A population and an isolate of Pratylenchus vulnus were characterized based on the analysis of the morphological and morphometrical characters of males and females. The majority of the morphological characters considered agreed with those which defined the species except for some characters that showed differences with respect to other populations and isolates. The shape of the female tail terminus was the morphological character that showed the greatest variability. Many of the morphometric characters showed a wider range that those known for other populations and isolates.]
