Abstract
Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith), S. exigua (Hubner), S.latifascia (Walker), S. ornithogalli (Guenee), S. dolichos (Fabricius), S. sunia (Guenee), and S. eridania (Cramer) are commonly associated with crops in Honduras. A key to these species with color illustrations of rare and typical forms is presented. Potential problems in identifying Spodoptera species are discussed.
