Bruchomyiinae in North America with a Description of Neomopalpus Nearcticus N. SP. (Diptera: Psychodidae)
Abstract
The male and female of Nemopalpus nearcticus n. sp. are described and illustrated from specimens collected near Gainesville, Florida. This species belongs in Bruchomyiinae, the most primitive subfamily of Psychodidae, herein reported from the Nearctic region for the first time.Downloads
