Abstract
The purpose of the 4-H Horse Program is to provide young people an opportunity to participate in a series of activities designed to improve citizenship, sportsmanship, horsemanship, character, competitive spirit, discipline, and responsibility, while creating an atmosphere for learning and awareness of the life around us. This new 24-page publication of the UF/IFAS 4-H Youth Development Program was written by Wendy DeVito, Saundra TenBroeck, Shane Michael, Megan Brew, and Alyssa Ohmstede.
