Anne E. Sallee has lived in Oakland Park about ten years but probably knows as much about it as most residents, having published a glimpse of Oakland Park's history in Images of Oakland Park. She was electd to the Oakland Park City Commission in 2009, and served as Mayor in 2012-2013.
